Diego

Diego spent years buying, renovating, and holding property in DFW before he carried a license. That order still shapes the practice: he reads a house the way an operator does — basis, bones, block — then represents clients as a principal, not a hand-off.
He works the metroplex through Alvarado Realty Group, and he leads Alvacom’s investment and construction work. Hablo Español.
Blanca
The designer who makes the dream real.
Blanca is the designer. She takes the plan and makes the dream a reality — materials, proportion, and the extra touches a rushed job always skips.
Where Diego brings the investor’s underwrite, she keeps the work human: the finish that feels like a home, the timeline a family can live with, and customer appreciation that turns a close into a relationship.
